We regret to inform you that, due to the historic architecture of our building, we are not currently equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any disappointment this may cause.
However, we are absolutely determined to make our hotel accessible to all other types of disability. Our team is not only well-trained, but also driven by a deep-seated desire to offer an exceptional experience to every individual who walks through our doors.

The reception
We are always available to assist you. Reception is open daily from 7am to 10pm, and for your convenience, you can contact us at any time by WhatsApp or phone. In case of unforeseen circumstances, don't worry: we are available 24 hours a day to ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible.

To start your day gently on the French Riviera, La Maison Durante welcomes you every morning with a selection of homemade delicacies with Mediterranean flavors, enriched with carefully chosen local specialties. With Christopher, our chef, at the helm of your culinary experience.
In the morning, discover local Niçoise producers : the Herboristerie du Vieux Nice for your teas and Café Indiens du Vieux Nice for your coffees, and Michel Fiori for fresh pastries.
Garden
Discover a haven of peace in the heart of our hotel, where the charm of the French Riviera blends with the elegance of a "Dolce Vita" atmosphere. Our intimate garden invites you to relax, whether it's to enjoy a coffee in the sun, read a book, or simply enjoy the gentle way of life for which the French Riviera is renowned.
Every detail has been designed for your comfort and peace of mind, offering an elegant and relaxing setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Pets
On the French Riviera, your four-legged friends are welcomed with as much care as you are. We will be delighted to welcome them to our hotel, with a small supplement for their comfort.
To ensure that their stay is as pleasant as yours, we provide bowls, cozy rugs, and a few extra touches. Your pet will be able to relax and fully enjoy the elegant and warm atmosphere of the French Riviera.
Parking
To ensure you enjoy your stay on the French Riviera with complete peace of mind, our hotel offers outdoor parking with 6 spaces, ideally located just opposite the hotel. As spaces are limited, we invite you to book in advance to guarantee your peace of mind.
For €23 per night, your vehicle will be safely parked, leaving you free to stroll through the sun-drenched streets, enjoy a coffee on a terrace, or soak up the authentic charm of the French Riviera.
Environmental responsibility
Convinced that more conscious and environmentally friendly tourism is possible without sacrificing comfort, we have implemented several measures to reduce our impact. Ecology is one of our core values.
Every action counts: that's why cleaning isn't done automatically every day. We prefer that you let us know your needs.
If you would like cleaning, a towel change, or any other service, simply send us a message on WhatsApp or SMS, or stop by the reception desk.
